Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Manymore and any purchase made through it. The contracting party is Guillermo Rentería Hernández, trading as Manymore, Domicilio Conocido 50, Francisco I. Madero, Coahuila, 27914, Mexico ("we", "us").

1. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if a price is clearly mistaken, or if we cannot ship to the address given — and in that case we refund in full.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) without tax included. Tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before payment. We cannot change a price after an order is confirmed.

3. Product descriptions

We describe every product using information provided by the manufacturer or supplier. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Where a measurement or material is stated, it is the one the supplier confirmed; where it is not stated, we do not have it confirmed.

4. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

Your return rights are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Warranty

We do not offer an additional commercial warranty beyond the rights the law gives you as a consumer. Nothing in these terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to resell products in breach of these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Coahuila, Mexico, where the seller operates. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection right available to you under the law of your place of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.
