Refund and Returns Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email renteg18@gmail.com with your order number and, where relevant, a photo of the item. Please wait for a return authorisation before sending anything back; an unauthorised return cannot be matched to your order and cannot be refunded.

Return shipping costs

Return postage is paid by the customer, except when the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Where the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full, at your choice.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Items that cannot be returned

Personalised or made-to-order items, and items marked final sale, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Delivery times

Most products in this catalogue are quoted by the supplier at three days in transit to the United States; the estimate shown on each product page is the one that applies to that product.
