Welcome to NovaMarket. By making a purchase in our store, you agree to the following terms. We have written them clearly so you know exactly what your rights and ours are.

Who are we?

NovaMarket is an e-commerce store operating in Mexico. We sell wellness, health, home products, and other items that solve everyday problems. You can contact us at any time via WhatsApp or email (details are in the footer of the page and on our Contact page).

Your rights as a consumer

In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law (LFPC) and Mexican Standard NMX-COE-001-SCFI-2018, you have the right to:

• Receive the product exactly as described on the sales page
• A minimum 90-calendar-day warranty on any product you purchase
• A 20% bonus on the price paid if we do not deliver within the promised timeframe without justified cause
• Request a return or exchange within the timeframes indicated in our Returns Policy

About the products

NovaMarket sells different types of products. Each product includes its own detailed description. None of the products sold by NovaMarket replace professional medical care, unless expressly indicated and with the corresponding certifications. The results described in testimonials are individual experiences and may vary.

Prices and availability

All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN). We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice, but any change will not affect already confirmed orders.

Purchase process

Upon confirming your order, you will receive a notification via WhatsApp with your tracking number. Order processing takes 1 business day. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within the first 24 hours, provided it has not been shipped. To cancel, write to us via WhatsApp with your order number.

Limitation of liability

NovaMarket will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or any harm derived from the use of the products beyond what is established by the LFPC.

Use of cookies and tracking

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts or before PROFECO.
