At NovaMarket, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping policies.

Free Shipping Throughout Mexico

All NovaMarket orders include free shipping to anywhere in the Mexican Republic. No hidden costs at checkout.

Processing Time:

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM (Mexico Central Time) are prepared the same day. Weekend or holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Mexico City and Metropolitan Area: 1 to 2 business days
Monterrey, Guadalajara, Puebla, Tijuana, Mérida, and major cities: 2 to 3 business days
Medium-sized cities and state capitals: 3 to 5 business days
Rural or difficult-to-access areas: 5 to 7 business days

Times are estimates. They may be extended during peak seasons (Buen Fin, Christmas, etc.) or due to external conditions beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers We Work With:

We use Estafeta, FedEx, J&T Express, iMile, and other carriers depending on availability and region. We always choose the fastest and most reliable option for your area.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track your package in real-time on the assigned carrier's website.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

Yes, we accept cash payment upon delivery. The delivery person will collect the exact amount of your order. Please ensure you have the correct amount available when receiving the package.

What if I'm not home when the package arrives?

The carrier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery is not possible, you will receive instructions to pick up the package at the nearest branch or reschedule delivery.

Orders Returned to Origin:

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or delivery was not possible, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. An additional cost may apply.

Non-Business Days:

We do not ship on official Mexican holidays. These days are not counted within the estimated delivery time.
